aimandesigns offers business document design services. All services are delivered directly by Aiman without third-party involvement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide clear and complete project requirements and any necessary assets (e.g., logos, images, text).
- Respond to queries and feedback promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure payment is made as per the agreed terms.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing for services is outlined on our website or in the quotation provided. Payments must be made in full before project delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Revisions and Modifications
- Aiman offers a specified number of revisions for each service. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Major modifications outside the agreed scope will require a new quote.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for completed work. If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
7. Intellectual Property
Aiman retains ownership of all design and development work until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aiman is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Client information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
10. Changes to Terms
Aiman reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
